An advance on your card sales, priced as one fixed cost.

Clover Capital is a funding offer built from your processing history. The funding provider purchases a fixed amount of your future card sales, you receive the funds up front, and repayment happens automatically as a share of each day’s card volume — busy days repay more, quiet days repay less.

Funding offers, never guaranteed · Offers and terms decided by the funding provider · Pcnaid is a referral partner, not a lender

The payout notification lands before the lunch rush is even cleared down.

How the arithmetic works

The structure is simple enough to fit in four lines, which is exactly why it should be read before it is signed.

The offer comes from your card volume

Eligibility and offer size are built from the sales history already flowing through the merchant account — how much you process and how consistently. The funding provider makes the offer and sets its terms; we cannot change either.

history, not paperwork

The cost is fixed at the start

You are quoted one total amount to deliver back — the funds you received plus the provider’s fixed charge. It does not grow over time and there is no compounding. What it costs is decided the day you sign, not the day you finish.

one number

Repayment follows your sales

A fixed percentage of each day’s card sales is withheld automatically until the purchased amount has been delivered. There is no invoice to remember. A slow week repays less; the trade is that the finish date is an estimate, not a term.

flexes daily

It settles through the same account

Funding and repayment both run through the merchant account this site prices. That is why the application starts there — Capital is a feature of the processing relationship, not a separate product you can hold on its own.

same rails

What this is not

It is not a loan. It is a purchase of a portion of your future card sales at an agreed price. There is no APR printed on it because it is not credit — which is precisely why you should compute one before you sign. Divide the fixed charge by the amount you receive, weigh it against how fast your volume will deliver the total, and compare that against what a bank line would cost you over the same months. Money repaid quickly at a fixed charge can carry a much higher effective annual cost than the headline suggests.

It is not guaranteed. Offers are made, sized and priced by the funding provider from your processing history, and some businesses will not receive one. Nothing on this page is an offer.

It is not our money. Pcnaid is an independent referral partner. We do not lend, we do not decide offers, and we are compensated by the providers we refer to — the same arrangement disclosed in the footer of every page here.

When it makes sense — and when a bank is cheaper

A short gap with a defined payoff

A walk-in cooler dies in July. The repair pays for itself within the season, the cost of waiting is real, and the repayment share tracks the busy months that follow. This is the shape the product fits.

fits

Stocking ahead of a season you can see

Inventory bought at a discount ahead of a proven seasonal peak, repaid out of that peak’s card sales. The funding cost is a known line in a margin calculation you have already done.

fits

Refinancing other funding

Using one advance to deliver another compounds fixed charges into a hole. If repayment of the current one is already difficult, the honest conversation is with the funding provider, not with a second offer.

does not fit

Anything a cheaper instrument already covers

If your bank will extend a line of credit at ordinary rates, that is usually the cheaper money — and we would rather tell you that here than have you discover it after signing. Capital’s advantage is access and speed of repayment matching your sales, not price.

Asked before you ask it

Is an offer guaranteed if my volume is strong?

No. Offers are never guaranteed. The funding provider weighs volume, consistency, time on the account and its own criteria, and it declines some applications without giving us a reason we can pass on.

What happens on a week with no card sales?

The repayment share is a percentage of card sales, so a week with none typically repays none — the schedule stretches rather than penalizing you. The controlling answer is in the provider’s agreement, and that document outranks this page.

Can Pcnaid negotiate the offer for me?

No. We can explain the structure, help you compute the effective cost, and point out when a bank line beats it. The offer itself — size, charge and share — belongs to the funding provider.

Capital attaches to the account. Start there.

Funding offers are built from the processing history on a merchant account, so the account application is the first step whether or not you take an offer later. No obligation attaches to either.

Applying carries no obligation. Underwriting, approval and final rates are determined by the processor.
