Four questions

Why we ask exactly these four

Clover Capital is underwritten on your card sales, not on a paperwork package. The provider looks at how much you process and how long you have been trading — so those two answers are most of the decision, and the other two only tell us which door to send you to.

We are not making the decision here. Nothing on this page is an approval, an offer, or an amount. The funding provider reviews your processing history and decides both whether to make an offer and what it costs. This page only tells you whether it is worth your time to apply.

Does this affect anything?

No. Nothing is submitted and nothing is recorded — the four answers are used on this page and then discarded when you leave it.

Is this a loan application?

It is not a loan and this is not an application. Clover Capital is structured as a purchase of a fixed amount of your future card sales, and the application itself is completed with the funding provider.

Can you tell me how much I would get?

No, and anyone who does before underwriting is guessing. The amount and the fixed cost are set by the funding provider from your processing history.

What if I have not been trading long?

Then an advance may not be available yet, because there is not enough sales history to build an offer from. That is a reason to get the merchant account running first, not a reason to stop.

Not sure, or would rather just ask?

Every answer above leads to one of two places. You can go straight to either.

Applying carries no obligation. Funding offers come from the provider and are never guaranteed.
