Terms of use

These terms govern use of merchants.pcnaid.com. A merchant account, if approved, is governed separately by the written agreement between the merchant and the processor.

Pcnaid's limited role

Pcnaid Inc. is an independent referral partner. We are not a payment processor, acquiring bank or financial institution. We refer applicants to North American Bancard / CardConnect CoPilot and may receive compensation from providers for referrals.

The approved processor and its acquiring sponsor bank provide processing, underwriting, risk management and funding. Pcnaid cannot approve an account, assign its final rate, release held funds or alter an account balance.

Pricing, estimates and comparisons

Rates shown on this site are target markup over interchange and are not guaranteed. The processor's underwriting department alone determines approval, final rates and account terms according to the applicant's business profile.

Calculator and comparison results are estimates produced from the inputs supplied and the provider pricing structures encoded by the site. They are not quotes, approvals or promises of savings. Provider rate cards and terms may change, and an underwritten offer may differ from published pricing.

This compares processor markup and monthly fees only. Interchange and card-brand assessments are set by the card networks, apply equally to all providers, and are not included.

Submitting an application

Submission is not approval

Sending an application authorizes it to be forwarded for processor review. It does not require the processor to approve the account or accept requested pricing.

Accuracy matters

Information supplied in an application should be complete and accurate. The processor may request documents needed to verify the business, ownership, banking details or processing history.

The processor agreement controls

If an account is offered, the processor's written agreement states the binding rates, fees, funding terms, compliance duties and closure procedure. Read that agreement before accepting it.

Acceptable use of the site

You may use the site to review information, calculate estimates, contact Pcnaid and submit a legitimate application for a business you are authorized to represent.

You may not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit information you know is false, impersonate another person or business, or use the application path to transmit malicious material.

Site content and third parties

Informational content

Explanations of pricing, underwriting, funding and PCI responsibilities are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting or individualized financial advice.

Third-party services

Processor portals, gateways and linked services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. Pcnaid does not control their availability, security decisions or account actions.

Names and marks

Card-brand and provider names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is for identification and comparison.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided on an available basis. Pcnaid does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, approval, a particular rate, a funding schedule or freedom from processor risk controls.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pcnaid is not responsible for decisions made independently by a processor, acquiring sponsor bank, card network or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and revisions

The version displayed on this page is the current version of these website terms. Material revisions should be reviewed before continuing to use the site or submitting a new application.
