Describe the issue and the business or account involved. The agent captures the details needed to triage and route the request.
The issue goes to the team that can act
Referral and application questions can be routed through Pcnaid. Processor-controlled account matters must go to the processor because Pcnaid has no authority over them.
Do not provide full payment-card numbers, full Social Security numbers or online-banking credentials in a phone message or ordinary email.
Funding questions belong to the processor.
Anything touching deposits, funding timing, reserves, holds, freezes or an available account balance belongs to North American Bancard or CardConnect CoPilot and the relevant acquiring sponsor bank.
Pcnaid does not hold merchant funds and cannot release a hold, change a balance or override a risk decision. We can identify and route the issue, but the processor is the party able to investigate and act.
